VideoAsk offers two types of billing options: monthly and yearly. The monthly option provides flexibility to upgrade and downgrade on a monthly basis depending on the needs. The yearly option is more suitable for longer-term users and also offers cost savings.
There are two different plans available:
- The Grow plan costs $24 per month.
- The Brand plan costs $40 per month.
These prices are for the annual billing option. Monthly plans are also available. In addition to these, VideoAsk offers a Free Plan with limited features and an Enterprise Plan for larger requirements. Changes to the plan come into effect at the end of the prepaid period.

About Videoask.com Payment Method?
VideoAsk.com accepts the following payment methods: Google Pay, Credit Card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, China UnionPay). Please note that prepaid cards and PayPal are not accepted. Subscriptions are paid for upfront and will automatically renew at the end of the billing period. The payment method will be charged for the renewal on the first day of the following billing cycle. For example, if a monthly plan is signed up for on March 15th, the next charge will be on April 15th. If a yearly plan is signed up for on March 15, 2022, the next charge will be on March 15, 2023. This ensures continuous access to paid features. If a credit card is declined, it is recommended to check the card information, ensure sufficient funds in the account, and that the card has not expired. If it's declined again, contacting the bank for further information is suggested. As of October 1st, 2021, India has implemented a new mandate for processing recurring transactions. Any recurring transactions over a certain amount will need additional approval from the cardholder. It is recommended that cardholders contact their bank to verify the transaction. Invoices can be viewed and downloaded under Plan & Billing. Please note that any invoice that has already been issued cannot be edited.
